I love this stretch after a good Cadillac workout! It gives me a great relief. It stretches my thighs, hips, abdomen, chest and shoulders. It makes me feel 2 inches taller! The key to a deep stretch in this exercise is to straighten your back leg, to square your hips and sink them low and to press your chest forward.
