Today I have filmed this short video to show you how our Marbella Pilates Studio is fully equipped with all the different apparatus made by Gratz Industries New York. They are replicas of Joseph Pilates original designs and provide a much more powerful efficiency when it comes to correcting posture as well as workout resistance. I have tried several brands and I have to say that original is still the best.

You will probably see some apparatus here that you don't know yet if you have been to other pilates studios before. That's because most teachers don't have the full professional training in ALL equipment. Since there is no brand copyright anybody can call himself a pilates teacher that has done some courses. But to really know the pilates system and how to adapt it to the different bodies takes many years of training.
