2. What information do we collect?

When you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your first name, surname, email address and message. If you contact us by telephone or arrange a session, we may also receive your telephone number and information needed to manage your enquiry or appointment.

Our website and its service providers may process technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as connection information, browser and device details.

Where you consent to website analytics, Google Analytics may collect information about your visit, including pages viewed, interactions, device and browser details, and approximate location.

Please do not include medical records or other sensitive health information in the website contact form. If information of this kind is needed for a session, we will discuss how to provide it appropriately.

3. Why do we use your information?

We use personal data to:

  • Respond to enquiries and requests for information.

  • Arrange and manage private Pilates sessions.

  • Communicate with you about the services you request.

  • Meet applicable legal obligations.

  • Operate and protect the website.

  • Understand website usage through analytics, where you give consent.

Processing enquiries about sessions and managing appointments is based on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or performing that contract. Other general correspondence and necessary website security are based on our legitimate interests in responding to communications and maintaining a secure service. Processing required by law is based on the relevant legal obligation.

Optional analytics are based on your consent.

4. Contact forms and email

Our contact form uses Wix. Your name and email address are stored in the Wix contact list, and form notifications are configured to reach our Wix inbox and email account.

Submitting an enquiry does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive newsletters or promotional emails.

If we introduce newsletter subscriptions or promotional communications, we will provide the relevant information and obtain consent where required. Any consent-based subscription will be optional, and you will be able to withdraw your consent.

5. Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the website to function; optional technologies, including analytics, require your consent where applicable.

We use CookieYes to manage cookie preferences, and the website has a Google Analytics 4 integration configured to measure website usage.

You can accept or reject optional cookies through the cookie banner and revisit your preferences using the cookie settings control available on the website. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place lawfully before withdrawal.

Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.

6. Who may receive your information?

We use service providers to support the website and our communications, including:

  • Wix, for website hosting, contact forms and contact management.

  • Google, for Gmail communications and Google Analytics.

  • CookieYes, for cookie consent management.

These providers may process personal data as necessary to supply their services. Information may also be disclosed to public authorities where legally required.

We do not sell your personal data.

Our website includes a map and links to external services, including social media. Using these services may involve processing by their providers under their own privacy policies.

7. International transfers

Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area.

Where these transfers occur, the applicable arrangements must provide the safeguards required by data protection law, such as an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary safeguards where necessary.

You can contact us for further information about the arrangements relevant to your data.

Provider privacy information is available at:

Wix: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy
Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
CookieYes: https://www.cookieyes.com/privacy-policy/

8. How long do we retain information?

Enquiry and correspondence data are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and manage any related follow-up.

If you become a client, information needed to manage your sessions is retained for the duration of the relationship and afterwards where required to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Cookie and analytics retention depends on the relevant technology and its configuration. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

To exercise your rights, email misterpilates25@gmail.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, at https://www.aepd.es, or with your competent supervisory authority.

10. Providing information and automated decisions

Information marked as required in the contact form is necessary for us to receive and respond to your enquiry. Other information is optional. Without suitable contact details, we may be unable to reply or arrange the service you request.

We do not use your enquiry or appointment information to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, providers or data processing practices change. The latest version will be available on this page, with its revision date.
