about me.
Francisco Benitez began his professional career by studying dance in Germany and Switzerland. In 2002, he completed his Pilates training at the New York Pilates School in Germany and at Studio Pilates de Paris.
He later had the privilege of studying directly with Romana Kryzanowska, Joseph Pilates’ renowned protégée, strengthening his connection to the original classical method.
With more than 24 years of teaching experience, Francisco now offers exclusively private, one-to-one sessions at his fully equipped studio in Guadalmina Alta, Marbella.
Every session is carefully tailored to the individual, using original Gratz apparatus, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, High Chair, Arm Chair, Spine Corrector, Ped-a-Pole and Foot Corrector.
Sessions are available in English, German and Spanish.
Precise, personal instruction for a stronger, more flexible and better-balanced body.

pilates for golfers
A powerful and consistent golf swing begins with mobility, stability and control. Classical Pilates helps golfers develop spinal rotation, hip mobility, balance and deep core strength — essential foundations for a smoother, more efficient swing.
Through precise, one-to-one instruction on authentic Gratz apparatus, each session is tailored to your individual movement patterns, helping you move with greater freedom, reduce unnecessary strain on the lower back and maintain your performance on the course.
