Private Yoga in Marbella

Yoga is one of the most complete practices there is for body and mind. But between a crowded class and a private session there is a difference you can feel from the very first minute: here, all the attention is on you.

With regular practice, you gain flexibility and mobility, strengthen your body in a balanced way and improve your stability and balance. You learn to breathe more fully and consciously, and with that to calm the mind, handle stress better and focus with greater clarity. It is a practice that stays with you for life and adapts to every stage.

01 / Hatha yoga: precision, strength and balance

Hatha yoga is the foundation of traditional practice: postures, breathing and concentration working together. It is an active yoga that strengthens, aligns and brings vitality.

In a private session, every posture is adapted to your body, not the other way round. I correct your alignment, offer variations and props when you need them, and explain the reason behind each movement. That precision is what turns a correct posture into one that truly benefits you, and what allows you to progress safely, without forcing and without habits that are hard to undo later.

02 / Yin yoga: letting go deeply

Yin Yoga Pose.png

Yin yoga is a slow, serene practice. Postures are held for several minutes, calmly and with support, without muscular effort. This time invites the body to release deep tension and gently gain mobility, while the mind grows quiet. Rather than working the muscles, yin yoga focuses on the deeper layers of the body, the connective tissue and fascia around the joints, especially in the hips, pelvis and spine.

Each posture becomes a moment of stillness and inner listening, where you learn to breathe into sensation and simply let go. It is the perfect counterbalance to the pace of modern life and to any intense activity, from a demanding working week to a round of golf.

Your yoga, tailored to you

I know both styles in depth, which allows me to adapt each session to what you really need: your body, your energy, your goals and where you are right now. You can choose the style that appeals to you most, and I will guide you towards the one that suits you best at each stage.

You set the pace. If you are a beginner, you will learn the foundations calmly and without comparisons. If you already practise, you can go deeper in ways a group class does not allow.

Yoga and golf

More and more golfers are discovering what yoga brings to their game. Mobility in the hips and spine allows a wider, more fluid turn; balance and stability give the swing a solid base; and breathing and concentration help you stay calm at the key moments of a round. Practised regularly, it is also an excellent way to look after your body in the face of the repetitive movements of the sport.

An integrated approach

Yoga naturally complements the other disciplines at the studio. Pilates provides strength, control and stability from the centre of the body; yoga adds mobility, breathing and serenity; fascia work releases deep tension; and somatic re-education refines your awareness of how you move. Together they form a complete path towards a freer, more balanced body.
